International Health Certificates

It's unlikely you'll find another veterinarian in Seattle that loves international pet travel as much as Dr. Q. To date she's written over 100 health certificates for cats, dogs, even guinea pigs (!) to fly across the oceans of the world to their new homes. Dr. Q is especially adept at dealing with the more complicated destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, and Iceland.

At-Home Blood Pressure Readings

Do you have a nervous kitty or doggo that suffers greatly from the "white coat effect?" Are you and your vet scratching your head trying to figure out how to parse out the stress of the veterinary clinic vs. true hypertension? Give us a call and we can do a low stress blood pressure reading in the comfort of your home.

End-of-life Care

Helping a family decide when it is time to say goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most important tasks that a veterinary team has. Rest assured that when the time comes, Dr. Q and Coral will review all of your options for palliative care and end-of-life care with grace and compassion.

Geriatric Care

If you have an aging animal, we can assist with helping them age gracefully. Cats and dogs often mask the symptoms of age-related diseases like hypertension, osteoarthritis, heart disease, and endocrine disease until they cases are advanced. Geriatric screening and disease management are important parts of keeping senior pets happy and healty.

Cryosurgery

Cryosurgery is a form of dermal mass removal that allows for the removal of small masses without general anesthesia. It can be done safely and painlessly in the comfort of a pet's home with little aftercare. Oral sedation options are available for anxious or wiggly pets to help ensure safety.

Routine Care

We can handle everything from annual lab work, fecal testing, vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, nail trims, anal gland expressions, and everything in between. We are also able to treat infections of the skin/ears/eyes, minor wounds, and gastrointestinal upset. Some cases may require referral to a facility with imaging if medically necessary.
